STATEMENT OF SERVICES
Design Output routinely archives jobs we work on to our own CD library. The purpose of these archives is to add convenience when jobs are reordered and provide a digital record of work we have performed. We do not charge our customers for this service and do not guarantee that we have every file they have ever sent us.
Archiving services specifically requested by customers will be quoted on a individual basis. Our rates are based on $50.00 per hour labor rate plus the price of media. In addition to storing to CDs we can provide files on zip, jaz or DVD in either Mac or PC formats.

Customers are welcome to provide blank zip media. In this event only labor will be charged. We also record media from customer supplied files the above rates apply. For other media please call.
